Acceptance

By using mety at mtytradiing.com, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

The Service

mety provides an AI-powered styling service combining chat, image, and video capabilities, including virtual runway film generation and closet diagnosis. Features may change.

Account

  • You must be 13 or older. Users 13–17 must have guardian consent.
  • You are responsible for account security.
  • One account per person; no account sharing or resale.

Acceptable Use

See the Acceptable Use Policy at mtytradiing.com/acceptable-use. Use of mety to create deepfakes or to upload another person's likeness without their explicit consent is strictly prohibited.

Subscriptions and Credits

  • Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled.
  • Credits included in a subscription reset monthly and do not roll over.
  • Purchased credit packs remain valid for 12 months from purchase.
  • Credits are service usage units, not currency; non-transferable, and non-refundable once consumed.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

Intellectual Property

  • We own the Service, our branding, and all underlying technology.
  • You retain ownership of content you upload.
  • You own AI outputs you generate, subject to the Acceptable Use Policy.
  • You grant us a limited license to host, process, and deliver outputs (see Content License).

AI Disclaimer

See AI Disclaimer at mtytradiing.com/ai-disclaimer. AI outputs are not guaranteed accurate. Fit, drape, and real-world appearance may differ from rendered previews.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including any attempt to generate non-consensual likeness content. You may cancel anytime in account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, MTY TRADING LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at MTY TRADING LTD's registered jurisdiction (Scotland), without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
