Content License

Your Content
"Your Content" means text, images (including closet and garment photographs), body-profile inputs, and any other data you upload or submit to mety.
Ownership
You retain all rights in Your Content.
License Granted to Us
You grant MTY TRADING LTD a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
- Host, store, process, and transmit Your Content
- Generate AI outputs from Your Content (styled images and runway films)
- Cache Your Content for up to 30 days after deletion for operational and abuse-detection purposes
This license ends when you delete Your Content, except for the 30-day cache and any legally required retention.
Outputs
AI outputs generated from Your Content ("Outputs"), including styled images and runway films, belong to you, subject to:
- The Acceptable Use Policy (in particular the prohibition on non-consensual likeness and deepfakes)
- Applicable law (we do not warrant Outputs are original, non-infringing, or safe for commercial publication without your own clearance)
- The rights of any third parties depicted in Your Content
- Trademark and design rights of any third-party brands, logos, or garments depicted
Your Representations
You represent that:
- You own or have licenses for all Your Content
- Your Content does not violate privacy, IP, or publicity rights
- You have explicit consent from any identifiable persons in Your Content
- Any face or likeness uploaded belongs to you or to a person who has consented in writing to use in mety
Service Improvement
Your Content is not used to train third-party foundation models. We may use anonymized and aggregated signals (error rates, usage patterns) to improve the Service. You may opt out of any internal training use in account settings.
Content Removal
Content violating the Acceptable Use Policy may be removed without notice. Content that depicts identifiable persons without documented consent will be removed immediately upon our detection or a verified report.
