You agree not to use mety to create or distribute content that:

Illegal Content

  • Violates any law or regulation
  • Infringes intellectual property rights, including counterfeit designer branding
  • Defames, harasses, or threatens others

Child Safety

Any content sexualizing or endangering minors is strictly prohibited and will be reported to authorities, including NCMEC where applicable. mety will never generate runway films or styling imagery depicting minors in body-visible, swimwear, lingerie, or adult-coded contexts.

Non-Consensual Likeness and Deepfakes

Because mety generates styled, body-visible film of a person, the following are strictly and specifically prohibited:

  • Uploading photographs, scans, or renders of any other person's face, head, or identifiable features without that person's explicit written consent.
  • Generating a runway film, outfit image, or closet visualization that depicts a real, identifiable person without their explicit written consent — including but not limited to celebrities, public figures, ex-partners, family members, coworkers, classmates, or any individual you do not have documented consent from.
  • Creating deepfakes, morphs, face swaps, or any representation that could plausibly be mistaken for authentic media of a real person.
  • Generating non-consensual intimate imagery, sexualized content of real people, or content intended to harass, stalk, defame, or impersonate another person.
  • Voice cloning of real people without consent.
  • Uploading composite or stolen images obtained from social media, dating apps, public records, or any source without verified consent.

Violation of this section results in immediate, permanent account termination without refund. mety cooperates with law enforcement on reports of non-consensual deepfake content and retains relevant logs for investigation purposes.

If you are uploading your own likeness, you are confirming that you are the person depicted and that you consent to mety processing it for the purpose of generating styled outputs for your personal use.

Harm

  • Instructions for weapons, explosives, or cyberattacks
  • Content promoting self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or dangerous dieting / body-modification practices
  • Harassment or targeted abuse
  • Content designed to shame or ridicule a specific person's body, style, or identity

Deception

  • Fraud, scams, phishing, fake reviews
  • Election disinformation
  • Impersonating mety or its staff
  • Passing off a mety runway film as authentic runway, editorial, or documentary footage of a real person

Regulated Topics

  • Financial, medical, or legal advice presented as professional counsel
  • Adult sexual content
  • Gambling services
  • Medical or surgical body-modification advice

Platform Abuse

  • Circumventing rate limits, credit systems, or access controls
  • Scraping, reverse engineering, or reselling access
  • Running automated traffic against the Service beyond documented APIs
  • Bulk generation of look-alike media for commercial redistribution without a written commercial agreement
