Digital Delivery Policy

mety is a digital-only subscription service operated by MTY TRADING LTD. We do not ship physical goods. This policy explains how each part of the Service is delivered and when delivery is considered complete.

What You Are Buying

  • Subscription tiers (Browse, Stylist, Couture): a recurring right to access AI styling features and a fixed monthly credit allowance.
  • Credit packs (Small, Medium, Large, Studio): one-off purchases of additional service-usage credits that are consumed by AI operations as listed in our pricing.
  • AI Outputs: outfit boards (1080×1350 images) and 10-second runway films (1080×1920 mp4) generated on demand by your credit consumption.

Delivery Method & Timing

  • Subscription activation: instant on successful Stripe Checkout. Your plan tier and credit allowance are written to your account within seconds of the checkout.session.completed webhook.
  • Credit packs: instant. Credits are added to your balance the moment payment confirms. There is no shipping or activation delay.
  • AI Outputs: queued instantly; outfit boards finish within ~10 seconds, runway films within ~60 seconds. Generation status is visible on mtytradiing.com/app/runway.
  • Subscription renewal: each billing cycle, credits reset to the plan allowance and are usable immediately.

When Delivery Is Considered Complete

  • For subscriptions, delivery is complete the moment your account is set to the purchased tier — typically within 30 seconds of payment.
  • For credit packs, delivery is complete the moment the credits appear in your balance.
  • For individual AI Outputs, delivery is complete when the rendered file is available at a downloadable URL inside your runway library.

System Requirements

The Service is delivered through your web browser. Supported browsers: latest two stable versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari. A broadband connection is required to upload closet photos and view runway films. No installation is required.

Failed Delivery

If a paid subscription is not provisioned within five minutes, or a credit pack does not appear in your balance, please email support@mtytradiing.com with your Stripe receipt. We will investigate and either complete delivery or fully refund the charge.

If a runway film fails to render due to a system error, the consumed credits are returned to your balance automatically and the failed job is marked as such on mtytradiing.com/app/runway.

Refunds

Once delivery is complete, refunds follow the rules in our Refund Policy. In short:

  • Subscriptions cancel at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused portions of a paid period.
  • Unused credits from a purchased pack are refundable within 14 days of purchase.
  • Consumed credits and rendered AI Outputs are non-refundable.

Geographic Restrictions

mety is offered worldwide in English with USD pricing. Local taxes (EU VAT MOSS, UK VAT, US sales tax) are calculated and shown by Stripe at Checkout. The Service is not available in jurisdictions where AI generative services are restricted by law.

Subscription Cancellation & Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel any time — without contacting support — through mtytradiing.com/app/billing, which opens the Stripe Customer Portal.
